  • “If the motivation was to hurt trans people in general it should be a hate crime just like any other group” were my words. Why was your first question that I thought they weren’t considered a group of people?

Laws should be written for people. Punishments for crimes are dictated separately for the most part. They just put max/min fines and incarceration times.

If you get a DUI it doesn’t say in the law you get up to twelve months in a women’s/men’s jail, it just says jail. The particulars of how the incarceration is dealt with is usually decided elsewhere (hopefully by the judge) while gender identity is stillprotected class in the U.S. Will it be for much longer, I’m not sure, I hope it is though.

  • Well attempting to annex Canada or Greenland automatically enacts Article 5 of NATO so 31 countries should in theory fight back. 29 of them would likely assist in their defense, and by defense I mean attacking the U.S. in ways that will economically starve the country until 10-15% of the voters realize this has all been idiocy and drag those responsible out of office and ban all responsible ever holding a public office again. Then we would have lost all trade allies and spend 100 years building back respect. Media will slowly start bringing their heinousness to light and slowly the vast majority will deny they were ever a part of it out of shame

  • MAGA is a terrorist organization. Their whole missguided ideology of “ruling by strength” is just another way of saying ruling by fear. Using fear/intimidation for a political outcome is by definition terrorism. If someone says it has to be illegal (not true) we can also show the number of arrests and violations of peoples legal rights occuring all over the U.S. Breaking laws pertaining to 1st amendment, 4th amendment, 5th amendment, 8th amendment, 9th amendment, 10th amendment, 14th amendment, 15th amendment, and the outright breaking of the law of the land (constitution) by overriding the legislature, which was the only thing keeping the U.S. a Republic.

The U.S. is negotiating with terrorists every day
