It’s also because the country directly between Russia and the US is Canada. I think people consider it less because maps are flat and ignore the poles. They’ll be targeted first for invasion after their economy is crippled by tariffs. I wouldn’t be surprised if both the US and Russia attack. Vlad wouldn’t want all that juicy territory just going to the US.
