This is completely unrelated but what’s with the subscript opening quotation marks? Is that a standard in a specific language? I don’t think I’ve ever seen that.
Who are the actual employees doing this and why are they going along so fervently? Like, I know an order has come down from on high but what middle manager told which low level employee to actually do this and didn’t just delay or interpret it as narrowly as possible? What the fuck is going on?
I think the mineral deal is for future resources in unoccupied territory. If Russia wins US gets nothing right? So they can’t really fully sit back. But I’ll admit maybe I’m understanding wrong. The real key is that Trump got bored honestly.
