There’s one in Cornell around where I live. I “booed” it and my friend hit me. I was like, “they bought that truck to get attention, it just so happens it’s negative”

Ah yes, we all know it’ll end here. Trump is known for his consistency.

An apropos of that. I’m Chinese/Viet half-and-half and was born in the UK. I have friends in the UK that are half-Chinese and half-British (white/caucasian). I had no idea that there were so many “half-Chinese” specific groups online.
Also, I can’t remember but there was some business about having a Chinese dad was better than a Chinese mom (I could have them switched). However, it’s mainly boys/men with this problem and they’re having issues dating or with school and everything and blame it all on their Chinese parent. My friend tries to chime in to talk some sense into them but the self-victimization is really strong and he gets pushed out.

They display the product’s energy efficiency rating, on a scale from A to G, along with battery life, the number of charge cycles the battery is rated for, letter grades for durability and repairability, and any applicable IP rating for protection from dust and water.
It looks like individual scores for the battery and repairability. The battery score seems to be just charge cycles. Repairability would probably something similar to iFixit but we’ll have to see. I do like this though or at least the attempt of it.
Alongside the labels the EU is introducing “ecodesign requirements” imposing minimum standards on the same products. Those include protection from splashes of water (and dust particles larger than 1mm for phones), scratch and drop protection, batteries that retain at least 80 percent of their capacity after 800 charging cycles, and making “critical spare parts” available within 5-10 working days.

I think they were able to recoup a few billion in taxes or something, but like, no arrests or anything. I think one person got killed exposing it too.

I thought the implication was being detained or jailed by US officials going back, like being sent to an El Salvador prison.
Average voter: both sides have issues

I thought Sprite was owned by Coke.

It’s also because the rest of the people in charge (mainly Republicans) aren’t doing anything to stop them. It also has to do with Americans being largely stupid.
Most republicans aren’t going to do anything because if they go against Trump … Trump will skewer them and they’ll lose their seat because their voters are stupid too.

Compatibility is one thing and a heck of a important one.
The software and interface is great too. It’s not perfect at all. However, the fact that the power button suspends and resumes my games and I can just select from a menu and stuff. It’s a big deal. Like, I’m a programmer but I get tired at the end of a work day and just want to play some games without fiddling too much sometimes.

I bought so many indie games over the years that I felt like was not enough for my desktop. I know that sounds stupid but I’d want to play high end games on my desktop or maybe mouse and keyboard games rather than any controller.
After getting a steam deck I plowed through that list and they were amazing. I got the dock and have a controller too.
I loved my Switch but I gave that to my nephews … The Steam Deck requires a bit more configuration which makes it perfect for me.
I’m not getting it but those gaming chairs look like racing car chairs. I didn’t think those seats were particularly comfortable either because I thought they kept you in place when things you’re zipping around?
The rich will fix it by putting out disinformation campaigns telling you it’s all fake.
